About the project

The scope pursued in this project was to determine the routes on where customers moves along in the pharmacy, which expositors arouse more interest, how long customers stands in front of the expositor and how much and who were the visitors (number of accesses, gender, age, sentiment). These informations permitted us to handle the distribution of expositive spaces in function of their appreciation index and allowed us doing some actions to improve expositors’ attractiveness (ad hoc campaigns).
